2008 is "Come Home Year" in Harbour Breton. We want all of our native sons and daughters, and our friends and relatives, both new and old, and from far and away, to come to a real Harbour Breton "Welcome Home!" From July 25 to August 2, 2008 we are planning a variety of events to showcase everything that makes Harbour Breton the unique destination it truly is. From Social, Cultural and Sporting events to the Popular Red Head Rocks Family Fun Day. There will be no better time to connect with friends and family and experience our unique Harbour Breton culture. Be sure to mark these dates on your calendar, you definitely don't want to miss it. Remember, no matter if you're an "old hand" or a first time visitor, everyone is made to feel at home in Harbour Breton!

While in Harbour Breton for Come Home Year, why not spend a day on the water and catch a few cod fish. The Recreational Fishery is open July 23 - August 12. While out on the water, you can enjoy the great scenery Harbour Breton has to offer.
Please pre-register if you are planning to attend the Come Home Year Week events. We want to make sure we have planned to accomodate everyone at the various activities.
Please let us know if you are planning to attend the High School Reunion during the Come Home Year Week events. be sure to indicate which high school you attended and your graduation year.
